Membership Community Programming Manager

Role Description:
We’re seeking a Community Programming Manager to join our smart, savvy, fast-moving women-led team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of community, events, and partnerships. We have our finger on the pulse of what women business owners and leaders need, and we’ve created the programs, partnerships, and resources to serve them.
If you love creating exceptional virtual and IRL member experiences, building meaningful engagement, and designing programs that drive community growth, this role is for you. This position will start as part-time (20-30 hours per week) and become full-time in 2026.
Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 per year + commissions
Responsibilities:
Program Management & Growth
- Manage and oversee our Entreprenista Approved and Entreprenista Expert Council membership tiers, ensuring members receive high-value benefits and recognition. You will be the main point person who will be building a relationship and communicating with our Entreprenista Approved and Expert Council members and ensuring they have the best experience.
- Manage the process from start to finish for all article submissions for the website.
- Manage the process from start to finish for all Entreprenista Approved landing pages
- Review and edit all article submissions from Expert Council members
- Manage the virtual event booking calendar for Entreprenista Approved members.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement, success, retention, and visibility for our Entreprenista Approved and Expert Council members. Lead content creation meetings with the marketing team for key events and initiatives within the community
Event Management - Virtual and In Person
- Plan, lead, and execute virtual events for members, including workshops, networking sessions, panel discussions, and sponsor-led programming. You will be the face of the virtual events that you plan, manage and host.
- Oversee in-person member and sponsored events, from intimate founder dinners to large-scale activations, ensuring flawless execution and meaningful connections.
- Partner with sponsors to design and deliver events that meet both member and partner goals while reflecting the Entreprenista brand experience.
Community Engagement & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote programs and events, driving participation and visibility.
- Gather and analyze member feedback to continuously improve programming and deliver experiences that exceed expectations.
- Serve as a visible, approachable leader in the community—building relationships, celebrating wins, and connecting members to valuable opportunities.
- Lead the Entreprenista Entourage program, activating members as ambassadors to grow and promote the community.
- Create challenges each quarter help drive member engagement
- Create a content campaign for engagement
- Report on the results of the campaign
*This role will evolve and responsibilities may change over time. Entreprenista is a startup and from time to time you may have to work on initiatives outside of our core role.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in customer success, community management, account management, marketing, or communications
- 3+ years of experience in event planning
- 3+ years of past experience includes sales, marketing, communications and/or responsibilities; must be adept at forming a narrative and compelling call to actions
- Passion for building relationships and providing an amazing customer experience
- Track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, high sense of urgency, proactive team player and problem-solver with a bias for action, even when details are still evolving – able to define and execute projects independently.
- Adaptive and able to remain calm under pressure
- Process and data-oriented individual who can easily identify inefficiencies in processes and provide enhancements and/or new and more intuitive solutions.

- Event Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using platforms like Zoom or other virtual event tools; comfortable troubleshooting live tech issues.
- CRM, Website, Email & Community Tools: Proficiency with community management platforms (e.g., Circle, Slack, Webflow, Klaviyo) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot).
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Ability to track, analyze, and report KPIs (renewal rates, engagement, referrals, attendance) and translate insights into action.
- Project Management: Experience with tools like Clickup to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
- Content Marketing Alignment: Strong collaboration skills with marketing teams to align community programming with brand storytelling and promotional campaigns.
