Lifecycle Growth Lead
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
We’ve built something real at Entreprenista: a loyal, growing community of women founders who trust us to show up for them. We have the audience, the products, and the momentum. What we need now is someone to help build the engine that connects those dots: the funnels, flows, and campaigns that turn attention into revenue and one-time buyers into long-term members.
This role sits at the heart of our growth function, working in close partnership with the VP of Growth. You’ll be the primary driver of lifecycle strategy and execution, the person who knows our funnel inside out, owns the copy and campaigns, and brings sharp recommendations to the table. You won’t be operating in isolation; you’ll be part of a collaborative leadership dynamic where your expertise shapes the direction and your execution makes it real.
If you’re a strong lifecycle marketer who does your best work when you’re close to strong leadership (not underneath it, but alongside it), this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DRIVE
Lifecycle strategy, as the primary architect.
You’ll be the go-to person for how we think about acquiring, converting, and retaining our audience across email, SMS, and DM channels. You’ll develop segmentation strategy, propose funnel frameworks, and build the sequencing logic that drives results. Funnel architecture and prioritization decisions are made collaboratively with the VP; You bring the deep lifecycle expertise and recommendations, and align on direction together.
Member retention, from first login to long-term loyalty.
Retention is a core pillar of this role, not an afterthought. You’ll own the full member retention lifecycle: designing and optimizing onboarding flows that set new members up for success; building re-engagement and winback campaigns for at-risk or lapsed members; developing renewal sequences that reduce churn; creating upsell and cross-sell journeys that grow member value over time; and partnering with our membership team on Circle engagement strategies that keep members active and connected. The goal is a member who feels seen, supported, and genuinely invested in staying.
Conversion copy, fully yours.
Landing pages, sales pages, lead magnets, automated email sequences, the copy is yours to own and you can consult with contracted copywriters on the work. You’ll set the creative bar, write with a sharp conversion lens, and develop a consistent voice across lifecycle touchpoints. This is one area where you have real autonomy and we’re counting on your craft.
Performance: you surface it, we act on it together.
You’ll own lifecycle reporting and keep a close eye on CVR, CTR, LTV, AOV, and engagement. You’ll run a structured testing program, bring data-backed recommendations to the VP, and collaborate on what to prioritize next. The goal is a tight feedback loop.
Campaign execution and systems.
You’ll build and maintain campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo and ManyChat, manage weekly and monthly sends, and ensure our lifecycle systems are clean, documented, and scalable. You’ll also identify tooling gaps and work with the broader team to improve how data flows across platforms.
Cross-functional collaboration, shared and situational.
You’ll work alongside Growth, Membership, Special Projects, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to keep the lifecycle coordinated with everything else happening in the business. Relationship ownership varies by team: sometimes you’ll lead, sometimes the VP carries the primary relationship. What matters is that nothing falls through the cracks.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A proven track record in lifecycle marketing, with campaigns to point to. 5+ years in lifecycle, email/SMS, or growth marketing. You can walk us through funnels you built or overhauled and tell us exactly what moved as a result.
- Real experience with member or subscriber retention. You’ve built onboarding flows, renewal sequences, and winback campaigns before. You understand what makes members stay… and what quietly drives them to cancel.
- You’re a Klaviyo power user, not just a Klaviyo user. Flow logic, segmentation, deliverability, integrations, reporting… you know it inside out and you don’t need to look up the basics.
- You write copy that converts, and you know why it works. You’re a strong conversion writer for email, landing pages, and sales pages. You have a point of view on what good looks like and can back it up.
- You’re data-fluent and recommendation-driven. You can pull, interpret, and present funnel metrics clearly. You don’t just report what happened, you come with a perspective on what to do next.
- You thrive in a collaborative, high-trust dynamic. You do your best work alongside strong leadership, not in spite of it. You’re confident in your expertise, receptive to input, and energized by working closely with a partner who’s also deeply invested in the outcomes.
- You understand subscription and digital product businesses. Memberships, courses, SaaS. You understand the customer journey, the economics, and which levers actually move LTV.
- You can manage complexity without losing detail. Multiple campaigns, multiple stakeholders, fast timelines. You’re organized, proactive, and you don’t need hand-holding to stay on top of it.
- You are on the pulse of the latest ai tools and how to leverage ai for efficiency. You stay up to date on the latest developments and get excited by efficiency and speed.
