Director, Brand & Content
The Director of Content & Brand is a senior leader on the Entreprenista Marketing team, responsible for building and amplifying the voice, story, and presence of the Entreprenista brand. You’ll oversee the content and marketing strategy across multiple platforms, manage the brand’s editorial and messaging direction, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from social media to podcasts to partnerships.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will lead a team of content creators and collaborate cross-functionally with design, growth, partnerships, and product to ensure our messaging and content drives awareness of the Entreprenista community and brand. This will lead to new members, amplification of current members and their businesses, engagement, and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, a strong manager, and a collaborative brand thinker who knows how to move fast without sacrificing clarity or creativity.
This position must be based in South Florida and available to have in person meetings as needed in Miami or Palm Beach Gardens with our company's founders.
Brand Messaging & Strategic Leadership
- Own the Entreprenista brand voice and messaging: Maintain and evolve the company’s unique tone and narrative across all internal and external content including but not limited to social media, website, email and podcast content.
- Oversee the editorial calendar of all of our media properties
- Define and manage brand KPIs: Establish clear performance goals for all content initiatives—whether driving brand awareness, growing the email list, increasing link clicks, or generating direct messages. Monitor and analyze key metrics related to brand engagement, awareness, and sentiment across all channels, providing regular reports and insights to guide and optimize future strategy.
- Develop and refine marketing positioning for offerings designed to attract founders to discover and join the Entreprenista League membership community and our additional offerings, attend events , while supporting select member-focused launches in collaboration with the membership team.
- Ensure alignment across teams: Collaborate with product, partnerships, and growth marketing to ensure brand messaging is consistently represented in all customer-facing content.
Content Strategy & Editorial Direction
- Lead the content strategy across platforms: Own the roadmap and editorial calendar for articles, email newsletters, podcast programming, and social media.
- Oversee our website and coordinate with our webs developer on necessary changes.
- Manage content production workflows: Oversee the planning, production, and publishing process to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Set content themes, priorities, and pillars: Align content creation with business objectives, community interests, seasonal trends, and campaign goals.
- Collaborate on campaign content strategy: Work with growth and performance teams to ensure content supports new member acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals across the funnel.
Podcast Strategy & Management
- Own the podcast editorial direction: Drive the vision, voice, and storytelling arc for Entreprenista's podcast(s), including guest selection and episode themes.
- Oversee the podcast content strategy and production pipeline, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, content goals, and distribution timelines.
- Ensure podcast integration across channels: Partner with design, social, and lifecycle teams to amplify episodes and repurpose content for multi-platform impact.
- Review past content: Review the years of past content to determine the best way to repurpose content across social channels and website to achieve business goals
Team Management & Collaboration
- Directly manage content and social leads: Provide mentorship and guidance to the Social Media Manager and Content Marketing Strategist.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to align creative execution with brand strategy and campaign objectives across channels.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration: Act as the content and brand lead in working groups across marketing, growth, product, and partnerships.
Partnership & Community-Focused Content
- Oversee creation of branded and partnership/sponsored content: Lead the development of collaborative pieces, sponsored editorial, and co-marketing assets.
- Oversee creation of community content: Ensure all communications and assets for live events, digital activations, and founder-facing touchpoints are on-brand for the community team.
- Liaise with expert contributors and brand partners: Coordinate messaging and integration of outside voices in articles, interviews, and community content.
Creative Oversight & Quality Control
- Own final editorial review and approvals: Ensure all published content meets quality, tone, and messaging standards before it goes live.
- Contribute to ideation and campaign storytelling: Bring big-picture thinking to brainstorms and campaign planning sessions.
*This role will evolve and responsibilities may change over time. Entreprenista is a startup and from time to time you may have to work on initiatives outside of our core role.

- 8+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, editorial
