We're looking for a Manager of Partner Success who has their pulse on what women business owners and leaders are tuning into, and making waves in the business world. We're looking for an experienced and driven individual who will serve as the primary point of contact for our brand partners, owning all aspects of the client relationship from kick off through to completion. You will be delivering best in class client service and campaign management, ensuring our partners feel supported, informed, and set up for success at every stage. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, project management and presentation skills and a desire to work in a fast paced environment and industry.

Responsibilities:

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Support end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for:
    • Membership acquisition (co-marketing partnerships)
    • Sponsored content
  • Execute campaign briefs, timelines, messaging frameworks, and channel plans
  • Ensure every campaign is aligned across email, social, paid, PR, partnerships, website, and community

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the day-to-day connector between internal teams including:
  • Editorial & Content
  • Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Partnerships & Sponsorship
  • Events
  • Community & Membership
  • Manage campaign calendars and keep teams aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Participate in campaign standups and post-campaign retrospectives
     

Performance & Optimization

  • Work with internal teams to deliver the following to partners:
    • Campaign performance reporting across email, paid, organic, and partnerships
    • Insights on conversion, engagement, and audience growth
  • Monitor performance and flag adjustments based on real-time data
  • Track KPIs for each campaign (membership signups, attendance, engagement, revenue)

Partner Success & Campaign Management

  • Own the day-to-day client relationship for all brand partners
  • Execute integrated sponsor campaigns and ensure all deliverables are met across content, email, social, events, and community
  • Ensure partners receive strong visibility, performance reporting, and a best-in-class experience
  • Create case studies at the conclusion of successful campaigns
  • Support renewal and upsell conversations in partnership with leadership
*This role will evolve and responsibilities may change over time. Entreprenista is a startup and from time to time you may have to work on initiatives outside of our core role.

Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in partnerships and integrated marketing
  • Experience in membership, media, events, or community-driven businesses
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional internal and external communication
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate campaign performance into compelling stories for partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
