Partnership Manager
Entreprenista Media is the leading community and media platform for women founders. With 3,000+ private members, a growing digital footprint, large-scale events, and partnerships with brands, our mission is to help women build, scale, and operate their companies.
We’re looking for a Partnership Sales Manager who will drive at least $1M in annual sponsorship and partnership revenue across Entreprenista’s media properties, events, podcasts, newsletters, and community programs. This is a revenue-producing role for someone who is equal parts hunter and relationship builder—comfortable with cold outreach, high-volume activity, and nurturing long-term partnerships with brands that support women entrepreneurs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, scrappy, organized, and excited by the idea of building and refining a sales engine inside a rapidly growing women-focused media and events brand.
The compensation for this role is $60K base + commission. If sales targets are met, full compensation is $110K+ and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Revenue & Pipeline Growth
- Own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing—for sponsorship packages ranging from $10K–$250K+. You would be focused on financial services and tech sectors.
- Achieve or exceed $1M+ in sponsorship revenue in the first year.
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, events, calls) to brand partners, agencies, and corporate women’s initiatives.
- Develop multi-touch outreach campaigns to grow top-of-funnel opportunities.
Lead & Relationship Management
- Manage all leads, deals, and reporting in HubSpot, maintaining clean and organized data.
- Nurture relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for renewals and upsells.
- Build strong connections with potential sponsors, understanding their marketing and DEI priorities.
Event & Community Engagement
- Attend key industry events, conferences, and Entreprenista-hosted gatherings for networking and prospecting.
- Represent Entreprenista professionally and enthusiastically as a brand ambassador.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the partnerships, marketing, and events teams to package and deliver compelling sponsorship solutions.
- Provide input on pricing, creative activations, and new partnership opportunities based on market feedback.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline updates to leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, partnerships, or business development—ideally in media, events, or creator/brand partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing mid- to large-scale sponsorship deals ($25K–$250K+).
- Strong, confident outbound sales skills; comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized and experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial energy—able to thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven small team.
- Passion for supporting women founders and leaders is a major plus.
